Dr. Giles and the entire staff at Memory Treatment Centers of Jacksonville have given me hope for the first time! I wish I’d gone here sooner. An Alzheimer’s diagnosis for a loved one is scary but the behavior changes, safety risks, and unknown expectations make it terrifying. After 12 months of testing and evaluations without any “treatment” at another healthcare provider, we finally went to MTC and from the first appointment, Dr. Giles started an actual treatment plan. He connected me with a caretaker program through Medicare called GUIDE. He and his staff have made my mom feel optimistic about slowing the disease progression and I feel supported as her caretaker. I’m so grateful for Dr. Giles and MTC!
